Muhasefy

Muhasefy shows a business where its money actually is, on one screen. Invoicing, receivables, bank and cash movements and the Turkish e-invoice, e-archive and e-waybill flows all run in the same place.

LiveLive and in use. Sign up, plans and pricing are on muhasefy.com.

This product did not come out of a market study. Working on e-commerce and ad accounts, we kept meeting the same picture: revenue was known, profit was not, because collections sat in one spreadsheet, expenses in another ledger and e-invoicing in a separate portal altogether. What reached the accountant at month end was a summary of reality, several weeks late.

Muhasefy was written to close that gap. An invoice immediately moves the customer balance, the collection status and the cash position, and the e-document side is a tab in the same screen rather than another portal. No install, no server, no license file. A browser is enough.

It is built for Turkey, so it works with the rules that apply here: taxpayer lookup on the GİB side, commercial and basic invoice scenarios, e-waybill acceptance and partial acceptance flows, central bank exchange rates, payroll parameters. These are not modules bolted on later, they sit in the core of the product.

01

The problem it solves

Numbers without a picture

Revenue is the one figure everybody knows. Add uncollected receivables, due payables, exchange differences and commissions and the picture changes. As long as those items live in separate files, nobody sees the real position.

E-documents as a separate world

Most businesses issue an invoice in one program and handle the e-invoice side in another portal. Moving data between the two by hand costs time and is where most errors appear.

Everyone sees everything

In small teams a single login gets passed around. The bookkeeper and the sales team end up on the same screen, and who changed what stops being traceable.

The program is locked to one machine

Desktop accounting software sits installed on one computer. Checking something from outside the office, adding a second user or changing devices turns into a project each time.

02

What sets it apart

One account, two panels

The personal panel is a stripped down interface for freelancers. The company panel runs the full scope: receivables, e-documents, payroll, budget and team permissions. The same account moves between both.

E-documents inside the panel

E-invoice, e-archive and e-waybill run over an integrator connection. When a tax number is entered on a customer record, the counterparty is checked and the correct document type is selected. Submission, delivery to the tax authority and the counterparty response are all tracked on the same screen.

Permissions at the data layer

Roles do more than hide a screen, they close access to the data. A user without permission does not even see the record in a list, and the rule is enforced in the database rather than in the interface.

Right currency, right rate

Multi currency with daily central bank rates. Foreign currency invoices, collections and exchange differences are tracked separately, so the table does not get corrected by hand at period end.

03

How it starts

  1. 01

    Open an account

No install, no server, no license file. After signing up you continue with the personal or the company panel, whichever fits the work.

  2. 02

    Enter company and customer data

Company details, bank accounts and customer records are defined. An existing customer list can be imported through Excel.

  3. 03

    Set up the e-document side

Using e-invoicing requires a financial seal or an electronic signature belonging to the company. Once that is ready, the integrator side is configured and the panel starts sending documents.

  4. 04

    Add the team

On company plans, team members are invited by email and given a role. Access can be closed again at any time.

05

Who it fits

Good fit

  • companies with e-invoice, e-archive or e-waybill obligations in Turkey
  • freelancers who issue invoices and want a clear view of income
  • small and mid sized businesses whose receivables tracking has become heavy
  • e-commerce sellers issuing e-archive invoices in volume
  • businesses that want to hand clean, regular data to their accountant

Not a fit

  • teams looking for full statutory accounting, Muhasefy covers the bookkeeping side
  • manufacturers who need bills of material and production costing
  • anyone looking only for stock and marketplace operations, that is Stokmatic's job
  • teams that need fully offline use without an internet connection

Technical ground

We write the product ourselves; it is not a bought theme or an off the shelf panel. Data is held in a Frankfurt data centre inside the European Union, access is restricted at row level, payments run through a payment institution licensed in Turkey and card details are not stored on Muhasefy servers. Record retention follows Turkish commercial, tax and data protection obligations.

Frequently asked

Is Muhasefy built by seokopat?

Yes. The product is built and maintained by our software team under The Q. What we run into on client work feeds directly into the roadmap.

Is it accounting software or bookkeeping software?

Bookkeeping. It runs invoicing, receivables, collections, banking, budgets and the e-document side. Statutory ledgers and tax filings stay with the accountant, and Muhasefy makes sure clean data reaches them.

What do I need for e-invoicing?

A financial seal or an electronic signature belonging to the company. The seal application goes through the public certification authority. Once it is ready, we handle the setup on the integrator side.

Do I need to install anything?

No. The product runs entirely in the cloud and opens on any device with a browser. There is no Windows requirement and no license file.

Can I add my team?

On company plans, yes. There is a five level role structure and permissions are enforced at the data layer, so a user without access does not see the record at all.

Where is my data held?

In a Frankfurt data centre inside the European Union. Each organisation reaches only its own data, and that rule is enforced in the database layer.

Can I get help with setup and migration?

Yes. Moving existing records, importing the customer list and setting up the e-document side sit on our services side. You can use the product on your own, or leave the setup to us.

Let us talk about the setup

How many companies, how many users, whether you have e-document obligations and which program you are coming from. Let us start there, and continue if the product genuinely fits.
