SEO Optimization

SEO here is not a monthly report. The work is making your site crawlable and indexable, then turning that visibility into orders and enquiries.

When we open a new site, the problem is rarely the keyword list. It is usually the foundation: crawl budget spent on nothing, category pages that duplicate each other, content that arrives with JavaScript and never gets rendered, canonical tags pointing the wrong way. While those stay, good content never lands where it should.

So we split the work into three layers: technical foundation, content and architecture, authority. If they do not move together, results slip. Content is wasted before the technical layer is fixed, links are wasted without content, and authority alone does not sell anything.

We have been working on the e-commerce and software side since 2018, and we look at SEO the same way. Position is an intermediate metric. The real question is whether the visitor who landed there added to cart, asked for a quote or picked up the phone.

01

Four pillars of the work

Technical foundation

Crawl and index control, site architecture, canonical and hreflang setup, server responses, Core Web Vitals. This layer is fixed first so the crawler understands your site the way you describe it.

Search intent and content

We make it clear which page answers which query. Pages chasing the same intent get merged, uncovered intents get their own page, and internal linking follows that map.

Authority and external signals

We review the backlink profile, earn links from real publications and industry sources, and grow branded search. No bulk link packages; we do not build things that do not last.

Measurement and iteration

Search Console, analytics and, when needed, server logs are read together. What we did, what worked and what comes next stays on one page.

02

What we see most often

Category pages eating each other

When filter and sort parameters get indexed as separate pages, dozens of candidates compete for the same keyword. Once parameter rules and canonicals are clear, traffic consolidates on one strong page.

Content exists, internal links do not

Blog posts sit on their own and never link to the category and product pages that make money. Once topic clusters are in place, both rankings and conversion start moving.

The site only looks fast

A site that scores well in lab tests can still be slow for real users on mobile. Speed work done without field data usually gets spent in the wrong place.

Losses after a migration

During a replatform, old URLs are either never redirected or dumped onto the homepage. A mapped redirect plan brings most of that loss back.

Product copy pasted from the supplier

When the same text sits on hundreds of sites, the page has nothing of its own. Short descriptions that actually describe the product usually work better than long duplicated ones.

03

Scope

No brand needs all of this at once. We set the order together after the diagnosis.

Technical SEO

  • Crawl and index audit, robots.txt and sitemap.xml hygiene
  • Canonical, pagination and faceted navigation setup
  • JavaScript rendering checks, verification of server output
  • Core Web Vitals, image and font loading strategy
  • Structured data: Product, Article, FAQ, Breadcrumb
  • 301 redirect plans, domain and platform migration support

Content and architecture

  • Search intent mapping and keyword clustering
  • Category, collection and product page templates
  • Cannibalisation cleanup, page consolidation and retirement
  • Internal link architecture and topic clusters
  • Title, meta description and SERP appearance testing
  • Blog and guide calendar, writing briefs

Authority

  • Backlink profile analysis, toxic link cleanup
  • Digital PR and links from industry publications
  • Partnerships that grow branded search
  • Competitor link gap analysis

Measurement

  • Validation of Search Console and analytics setup
  • Conversion and revenue mapped per landing page
  • Position tracking on non brand queries
  • Monthly priority report and task list

How we work

  1. 01

    Diagnosis

We crawl the site, read Search Console data and, where possible, server logs. The output is not a polished deck, it is a list of what works and what is broken.

  2. 02

    Priority map

Findings are placed on an impact and effort axis. What gets done in month one, who does it and what we expect it to move is written down.

  3. 03

    Implementation

We can ship the technical fixes with our own development team. If you have a team, we write instructions at ticket level and deploy alongside them when needed.

  4. 04

    Content and internal links

Templates and priority pages get produced, older content is updated, and internal linking moves onto the new architecture.

  5. 05

    Measure and iterate

Every month we ask the same questions: which query group grew, which page converts, what is next. The plan is updated against the data.

05

Who this is for

Good fit

  • E-commerce sites with real catalogue depth
  • B2B sites collecting quotes and leads
  • Sites with traffic that does not convert and structure that grew organically
  • Rebuilds and replatforms; talking before the migration is always better

Not a good fit

  • Businesses expecting first position within a month
  • Setups where no technical change is allowed on the site
  • Projects with no time or budget for content
  • One off volume campaigns; paid media is the right tool there
06

What we watch

We do not promise numbers. These are the things we measure, and we set targets together against your own data.

Share of indexed versus excluded pagesNon brand organic clicks and impressionsPosition distribution by query intentConversion and revenue per landing pageCore Web Vitals field dataReferring domains gained and lost

Our own tools get involved

When image weight has become a speed problem, Compresify steps in. Building our own products has another benefit: we write technical SEO requests in language a developer can act on.

07

How the engagement works

Scope and duration

SEO is not a one off job, it runs monthly. Even so we do not ask for long lock in contracts: the first diagnosis can be priced separately, and you decide on continuing once you have seen the output.

Team and communication

You talk to the person doing the work, without an account manager layer in between. A monthly call is fixed, and email and WhatsApp stay open for urgent things.

Reporting

We do not produce slide decks. Every month: what was done, what the data says, what comes next, on a single page. The raw data stays yours and your dashboard access stays open.

Frequently asked

How long until I see results?

Technical fixes can show within weeks. Content and authority usually become a conversation after the third month. Competition, site history and how fast you can ship changes decide the timeline. If someone gives you an exact date, ask what it is based on.

Do you guarantee rankings?

No. Google decides the results, so anyone guaranteeing them is selling something they do not control. What we commit to is method and transparency: what we do, why we do it and how the result is measured.

Do you write the content?

The structure and the brief come from us. We can write it, or we can work alongside your team. Since the product knowledge sits with you, the best content usually comes out of both sides.

Do I need to rebuild my site?

In most cases no. There is usually a lot to fix on the current stack. If a rebuild really is needed, we say so based on a measurable constraint rather than on SEO in the abstract, and we plan the migration with you.

Do AI answers kill SEO?

They do not kill it, they redistribute clicks. AI answers are still sourced from indexed content. Pages that answer clearly, clean structure and structured data have become more valuable in this setup, not less.

Does this apply to my marketplace store?

Search works differently on channels like Trendyol and Hepsiburada, but the job points at the same place: correct product data, correct titles, correct categories. We handle that on the e-commerce consulting side.

Let us look at the site first

Before talking about scope and price we would rather see where things stand. Share the domain and, if you can, Search Console access; we will come back with a first diagnosis and what is possible.
