Frequently asked questions
These are the questions that come up most in conversations. The answers are written to explain how we actually work rather than in marketing language.
If your question is not here, write to us. We will answer you and add it to this page.
How we work
How does an engagement start?
With a short conversation: what you sell, which channels you use and what is actually holding you back. Then we look at the site, the accounts or the warehouse and produce a diagnosis. Scope and price become clear after that.
Who do you work with?
Usually e-commerce brands with a steady flow of orders, B2B businesses collecting quotes and leads, and companies that need their own software. On very early projects where the product and supply chain are not settled we cannot be useful, and we say so up front.
Who will be in the meeting?
The person doing the work. There is no account manager layer; if it is SEO you talk to the person on SEO, if it is software you talk to the team writing the code.
How often do we talk?
A monthly read is fixed. Fast moving work like advertising and operations adds a short weekly check. Email and WhatsApp stay open for urgent things; you do not have to wait for a meeting.
What does reporting look like?
We do not make slide decks. Every month, one page with three headings: what was done, what the data says, what comes next. You already have access to the dashboards, so the raw data is available to you at any time.
Pricing and contracts
We do not publish a price list; the first answer explains why.
Why is there no price list on the site?
The same service heading can mean completely different work for two brands. A five page site and a catalogue of ten thousand products do not need the same SEO work. A published list would mislead either you or us. Instead we give a clear quote after the diagnosis.
Do you quote fixed prices?
For clearly scoped work, yes. Where uncertainty is high we price a short discovery phase separately, and the real quote follows once scope is clear. A fixed price on an unclear scope ends badly for both sides.
Do you require a long contract?
No. On monthly work like SEO we prefer you decide to continue after seeing results. We do not lock you into a setup you cannot access; if you leave, accounts, code and data stay with you.
How does payment work?
Milestone based on projects, periodic on monthly engagements. The detail is written in the quote; we do not add surprise line items.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend?
The model gets settled in conversation. A percentage of spend is not right for every business, because in some accounts the correct decision is to spend less rather than more. The incentive in the fee model should point the same way as your profit.
Choosing a service
How do I know which service I need?
You do not have to know. Describe the situation and we will find the right heading together. Starting with the wrong service costs more than not starting at all.
SEO first or advertising first?
They do different jobs. Paid is fast and controllable, organic is slow and durable. If you need sales now, advertising comes first; if the goal is durable visibility, SEO does. For most brands the right answer is both, and budget and urgency decide the order.
Can I take a single service?
You can. We work on SEO only, advertising only or software only. We still take the first read across the whole business, because the cause of a problem in one channel often sits in another.
Do you guarantee rankings or sales?
No. Google decides search results, and the market and your product decide sales. Anyone guaranteeing them is selling something they do not control. What we commit to is method and transparency: what we do, why we do it and how the result is measured.
How long until I see results?
It depends on the service. Advertising and tracking fixes can show within weeks; on SEO, content and authority usually become a conversation after the third month; in software the first usable version ships in four to eight weeks.
Software and products
Who owns the code you write?
You do. The repo is opened under your account or transferred to you. Environment variables, documentation and access are part of the handover. We do not build models that hold source code hostage.
Do I have to use your own products?
No. Muhasefy, Stokmatic, Compresify, Tagdio and Securify only come up when they genuinely fit your need. Working with your existing ERP or panel is not a problem for us.
Will our current system be kept?
In most cases yes. We first look at what the current system does well; completing the missing step usually beats replacing everything. If a rewrite is genuinely needed, we explain it through a measurable constraint.
Can you take over our existing software?
We can. We read the code first and produce a short audit: what can be carried forward, what needs rewriting and what that costs, stated plainly.
How do maintenance and support work?
A monthly maintenance and development package can be set up. Critical bugs come first, feature requests get queued. If you prefer, we can cover critical issues only.
Data, access and privacy
Which access do I need to grant?
Only what the work requires. Search Console and analytics for SEO, the relevant ad accounts for advertising, product and order data for e-commerce. You grant the access and you can revoke it at any time.
How is my data protected?
We sign a confidentiality agreement. On personal data we act under KVKK and ask only for the fields the work requires. The KVKK notice and privacy policy on this site cover the detail.
Do you work with my competitors?
There can be several brands in one sector, but we do not work with two direct competitors in the same period. If that situation exists, we say so at the start of the conversation.
What happens when the engagement ends?
Accounts, code, documentation and data stay with you. Handover documentation is part of the job; if you continue with another team tomorrow, nothing is missing.
Will you use our work as a reference?
Not without asking. There are deliberately no client logos or reference lists on this site; anything shared happens only with your explicit approval.
Contact
How fast do you reply?
The form and email are usually answered the same day, at the latest the next working day. For urgent matters WhatsApp is faster.
Do you meet in person?
We are in Istanbul and can meet in person. For warehouse and operations work we prefer the first round on site anyway; for other work remote is usually enough.

Send us the question. We will reply, and if it comes up often we will add it to this page. Asking before requesting a quote is completely normal.
