About
We started by serving Etsy sellers during the dropshipping years. Today we are a studio spanning SEO to software, but the way we work has not changed: you talk to the person doing the work.
seokopat is a digital growth and software studio working under The Q. Alongside e-commerce consulting, SEO and ad optimization, we build our own SaaS products.
We often say we are not an agency, and it is not a slogan. Agencies usually separate the person who explains the work from the person who does it. We do not; whoever runs the account, writes the code or walks the warehouse sits at the same table.
How it started
The beginning goes back to the dropshipping years. Back then we served sellers on Etsy: store setup, product listings, image discipline and the search side. Small scale, but a real education in commerce; that is where we learned how a product gets found and why some things sell while others sit on a shelf.
As the team grew, so did the work. We worked across sectors from textiles to software, saw different platforms, and kept noticing the same thing: a brand's problem was rarely inside one channel, it lived in the gaps between them. SEO in one place, software in another, operations somewhere else entirely.
seokopat became what it is today to close that gap. The same team looks at search, at commerce and at software. Building our own products came from the same place: after seeing a need repeatedly, we turned it into a product instead of solving it by hand every time.
The Q
seokopat works under The Q. Since 2018, The Q Atelier has manufactured textiles for the hospitality sector: hotel bedding, restaurant and service uniforms, spa and wellness textiles. Based in Istanbul.
That connection is not decoration, it touches our work directly. We grew up inside a company that manufactures, holds stock and ships orders. We know why stock accuracy matters, where the returns flow jams and how long an order really takes in a warehouse, from the floor rather than from theory.
The team
We are a team of more than ten. People working in software, SEO, design and operations join the same projects together.
We are not a large agency and we are not trying to become one. That is why there is no account manager layer in between: the person sitting across from you in a meeting is the person actually doing the work. When they do not know something, they say so rather than guessing.
The same team builds our SaaS products: Muhasefy, Stokmatic, Compresify, Tagdio and Securify. A problem we meet in a client project can end up solved on the product side.
How we work
These four apply the same way across every service.
Diagnosis before pricing
We do not quote before looking at the site, the account or the warehouse. A price given without seeing what is broken ends up hurting one side or the other.
Root cause, not a patch
When a problem repeats, the cause usually sits deeper. We prefer fixing the source over hiding the symptom, because only one of those lasts.
Measurable work
How each engagement will be judged is written down up front. We do not promise numbers, but we never hide what we measure.
Ownership stays with you
The code is in your repo, the ad accounts are in your account, the data is yours. If you decide to leave, nothing is missing.
Things we do not do
We list these because they are so common in the industry.
- We do not guarantee rankings or revenue; that would be selling something we do not control.
- We do not buy bulk backlink packages; they produce numbers short term and risk long term.
- We do not produce reports for the sake of reports. A deck nobody reads is not a substitute for work done.
- We do not lock you into a setup you cannot access; accounts and code stay yours.
- We do not take work in areas we do not know. If we are not the right fit, we say so in the first conversation.
