Securify

Securify is being designed as an assistant that follows the security hygiene of your site and accounts, tells you what to do in order and keeps the work organised. An advisor rather than a scanner: the point is not producing alerts, it is saying which one comes first and why it matters.

In developmentAt the design stage; development has not started. This page explains the problem the product is aimed at, not a finished feature list.

In companies without a security team, this work is usually somebody's second job. A lack of information is rarely the real problem, since the internet is already full of advice. What is missing is order and ownership: which task comes first, who does it and where the fact that it was done is written down.

Securify was conceived for that gap. The aim is to gather access, settings left open and ageing dependencies in one place, turn them into a prioritised queue, explain each item in language a non technical person can act on, and keep a record of the work. The product has not been written yet, so this page describes intent rather than a promise.

01

The problem it targets

Nobody knows who still has access to what

Agency, freelance, former employee and temporary support accounts pile up over time. Most are not closed on the day someone leaves, because no single place holds the list. How many people can still open a panel is usually discovered when something goes wrong.

Forgotten settings and ageing dependencies accumulate

An admin setting switched on once and never off, a certificate approaching expiry, a plugin that never gets updated. Individually they all look small, and that is exactly why none of them ever reaches the queue.

There is a list of alerts, but no order and no owner

Tools are good at producing reports. What the long list does not say is which item is genuinely urgent and which one can safely wait a week. If the person deciding is not technical, the list gets closed unread.

02

What it is meant to do differently

A queue, not a list

The goal is not dumping every finding onto one screen. It is ordering them by impact and how easily they could be exploited, then showing the next step on its own.

Plain language reasoning

Each item arrives with a sentence a non technical person can use: what this means, what happens if it goes wrong, what to do about it. That translation is the real job of the AI layer.

A record of what was done

Closed access, corrected settings and postponed items stay on record. The same work does not get discussed from scratch three months later, and whoever takes over can see where things were left.

03

Planned scope

Development has not started. The headings below show which areas the product is aimed at; this is not a finalised feature list.

Access and accounts

  • who holds access to which panel, gathered in one place
  • a closing checklist for departures and finished engagements
  • two factor authentication and shared account tracking

Site and infrastructure

  • domain and certificate expiry reminders
  • flagging admin settings left open
  • warnings on ageing dependencies and versions

Guidance and record

  • a prioritised task queue
  • plain language reasoning for every item
  • a record of completed, postponed and recheck items
04

How it is meant to work

  1. 01

    An inventory comes out

Which sites, panels, accounts and access rights exist. The first step is not a scan, it is actually seeing the list of what you own.

  2. 02

    An order is set

Findings are ranked by impact and each arrives with a one sentence reason. The screen shows the next step rather than a list of thirty items.

  3. 03

    It keeps following

Completed work closes, postponed items come back, newly added access enters the queue. The aim is not a one off report but keeping the work permanently in view.

05

Who it fits

Intended use

  • e-commerce and website owners without a dedicated security team
  • teams where agency, freelance and former employee access has piled up
  • small teams carrying several panels and accounts in one pair of hands
  • businesses that know what to do but not which item to do first

Not a fit

  • organisations with their own security team and process
  • anyone looking for penetration testing or incident response, which is not this product
  • anyone looking purely for legal compliance consulting
  • work that needs a solution today, since development has not started
06

Technical foundation

The technical foundation is not settled yet. The starting point will be the stack used across the studio's other products, while the job of the AI layer is to translate technical findings into plain language and put them in order, leaving the decision and the work to a person. This section will be updated as the scope firms up.

Where the product stands

Securify is still at the design stage and development has not started. If you have a problem on the access or site security side today, do not wait for the product, write to us: we can look at your current setup and work out where to start together. We are not naming a date.

07

Frequently asked

Is Securify live?

No. It is at the design stage and development has not started. This page explains the problem the product is aimed at rather than offering a finished feature list.

Is it a security scanner?

No. The findings scanners produce already exist; what is missing is the layer that orders them and makes them understandable. Securify is intended to be that layer.

What exactly will the AI do?

Translate technical findings into plain language, rank them by impact and suggest the next step. The decision and the work stay with a person; a product that changes settings on its own is not the aim.

We have a security problem today, what should we do?

Do not wait for the product. We can help today on the software development side: building an access inventory, closing settings left open and deciding what comes first are all things that can be done without it.

If you do not know where to start

How many panels and accounts do you carry, who holds access and when was it last reviewed. We can talk about this before the product is ready.
